Accounts & Admin All-Rounder | 22.5 hrs/week term time only

Are you a multitasker who loves numbers as much as you love people? Shotover Primary is looking for our next "Mission Control" superstar! This isn't a quiet desk job hidden in a corner—you will be the heart of our school, where balancing a budget in Xero and patching up a bumped knee happen all before lunch.

The Numbers Side

Finance & Admin Skills: Confidently handle day-to-day accounts
Tech Savvy: We use Xero, Google Workspace, and Hero. If you know them, fantastic! If not, transferable skills and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Proactive Energy: You enjoy creating sleek office systems, staying organised, and taking initiative.

The People Elements

A first impression specialist: Welcoming visitors and supporting families.
A sickbay hero: Hand out ice packs, administer basic First Aid, and care for our kids when they aren't feeling 100%.
A community hub & team player

Ready to join the Shotover team?
If you're a warm, organised, and adaptable team player who wants to make a genuine difference in our school community, we'd love to hear from you. Send a digital CV to executiveofficer@shotover.school.nz by midday on the 2nd of September.
